Click on any existing idea to check its status: "Under Review" means the company has read the request, but hasn't decided if or when it'll be enacted; "Planned" refers to ideas the company has chosen to implement, and assigned start dates to; "Started" ideas are underway, but not ready yet; "Completed" requests are launched and available to you; "Declined" tickets, due primarily to resource and scheduling reasons, can't realistically be worked on at present.
